Refund Policy

Free demo first. We encourage every learner to attend a free demo class before enrolling, so you can judge the trainer and teaching style.

Before the batch starts: if you cancel before the first class, you get a full refund of the fee paid, minus any payment-gateway charges.

After the first class: if you are not satisfied after attending the first class, request a refund within 24 hours of that class and we will refund 50% of the fee paid.

After the second class: no refunds after the second class has been conducted. You may instead request a transfer to a later batch of the same course (once, within 3 months).

Batch cancelled by us: if we cancel or postpone a batch and you cannot join the new dates, you get a full refund.

How to request: email info@iammasteryhub.com or WhatsApp +91 79852 44895 with your name, course and payment details. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Other services: job support, one-to-one sessions and corporate engagements follow the terms agreed in the individual quote.
